Are NEOM products cruelty free?Updated 3 days ago

NEOM will follow the strict standards on no animal testing as per the EU cosmetic regulation. This means no raw materials or finished products to be tested on animals in line with the animal testing ban deadlines for cosmetic purpose (finished cosmetic products September 2004, and its ingredients March 2009) including the marketing ban from 11th March 2013. This includes no testing of our home fragrance products on animals.

This confirms that NEOM Wellbeing does not test products, active ingredients, or raw materials on animals at any point in the product development or manufacturing process, and we require all of our suppliers to respect the same rigorous standards as per cosmetic regulation. NEOM Wellbeing has also chosen not to sell products in any countries or markets which require animal testing of the finished goods before placing on the market.

If you want to learn more about our commitments to higher standards of ethics and integrity, we have just published our latest Impact Report, you will be able to find this here (https://neomwellbeing.com/pages/sustainability). This report details out all the checks we have in place around workers’ rights which includes our suppliers Code of Conduct, Living Wage etc. as well as many other initiatives and governance we have in place to support people and planet.

As a certified B-Corp company, NEOM Wellbeing is committed to the highest standards of ethics and integrity but are continuously working to improve and strengthen our processes to ensure the wellbeing of everyone involved in the process of creating our products. We take our responsibility seriously and are dedicated to making progress toward furthering ethical practices throughout our operations.
