Can I change my order?Updated 7 months ago

Order amendments are not possible if the order has already been placed. Instead, we'd suggest cancelling the order so a new order can be placed for the correct items. Please get in touch with our Customer Care team here, or via Live Chat, to request a cancellation and we will do our best to help.

In the event that your cancellation request is unsuccessful, we recommend using our free returns service to return your order back to us for a full refund.
