Can I change the delivery address on my order?Updated 7 months ago
The good news is IF your order has not been processed by our warehouse team then we can make amendments to the delivery address. To do so, please contact our customer care team at the earliest opportunity who will advise if an address amendment is possible.
BUT... If your order has been processed by our warehouse team, we are unable to amend the delivery address. Some shipping carriers allow an address change once the order has shipped, which can be requested via your tracking details with the carrier directly once received. Alternatively, you can request to leave your order in a safe place, with a neighbour or divert your delivery to a local pick up shop (carrier dependant). This service is not guarenteed.
