How can I return my order if I live in the US?Updated 7 months ago
In order for us to process your return as quickly as possible, please follow the steps below:
1. Package your items up in the original delivery packaging, taking extra care to ensure products are protected during transit and the outer box is securely sealed
2. Contact our Customer Care Team to notify us of your intent to return and receive your free returns label
3. Attach the label to the outside of the box
4. Return your parcel as instructed
Please be avised we are only able to accept a return if:
- Your order is returned to us within 28 days of receipt
- Your order is returned to us in perfect condition (we can only accept a return if it is unused)
- Your order was placed directly online at us.neomorganics.com
We are unable to accept returns for products purchased from a 3rd party retailer. Please contact the original selling retailer for more information on how to return.
