We're sorry to hear that you have a faulty product. To report a faulty product that was received as a gift, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team here with the below information:
1. An image of your gift receipt/proof of purchase
2. Description of the fault
3. An image/ video of the product displaying the fault
4. An image of the batch code on the product (typically found on the base or back of the product)
We provide a 12 month warranty with the Wellbeing Pod, however, please kindly note that we are unable to replace items under the warranty if they were purchased from a 3rd party retailer. We kindly ask that you contact the original selling retailer if you are experiencing a product fault. If this item was received as a gift, please provide an image of your gift receipt or proof of purchase. Without this, we are unable to proceed with a warranty claim.
