So sorry to hear that you have a faulty product. To report a faulty product that was received as a gift, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team with the below information: 

1. Gift receipt
2. Description of the fault
3. An image/ video of the product displaying the fault
4. An image of the batch code on the product (typically found on the base or back of the product)
