How to report a faulty productUpdated 7 months ago

To report a faulty product, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team with the below information: 

1. Order Number
2. Description of the fault
3. An image/ video of the product displaying the fault
4. An image of the batch code on the product (typically found on the base or back of the product)

Please kindly note that we are unable to replace faulty items purchased from a 3rd party retailer. We kindly ask that you contact the original selling retailer if you are experiencing a product fault.
