My item has arrived damaged/ defective, what shall I do?Updated 7 months ago

Oh no - so sorry if your package is damaged. If your package is visibly damaged on delivery, please tell the person delivering your goods that you wish to sign as "received damaged", or simply refuse delivery so this is returned back to us. 

If an item in your order is damaged upon receipt, please let us know within 48 hours by contacting our Customer Care Team.
