My item is faulty but my purchase date was over 12 months ago, what shall I do?Updated 7 months ago

If your item was purchased over 12 months ago, we are unable to offer a replacement however we can offer some advice on how the fault may easily be rectified. In order for us to advise, please contact our Customer Care Team with the below information: 

1. Order Number
2. Description of the fault
3. An image/ video of the product displaying the fault
4. An image of the batch code on the product (typically found on the base or back of the product)
