My NEOM points are not showing on my account?Updated 3 days ago

If you created an account before placing your order, your NEOM points will show on your account once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for points to show on your account following on from your purchase. 

If you have created your account after placing your order, but within 24 hours of the order date, your NEOM points will be automatically added to your account once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for points to show on your account following on from your purchase. 

If you have placed an order but not created an account within 24 hours of the order date, please create an account using the same email address as the order and contact our Customer Care Team who can manually add these on for you. 

Loyalty points remain valid for 12 months from the date of your last points activity.

Each time you earn or redeem points, the 12 month validity period resets.

For example, if you make a purchase and earn additional points, the expiry date for your entire points balance will be extended by 12 months from the date those points are approved.

If no activity occurs in your account for 12 months, all points in your balance will expire.
