My order has arrived and an item is missing, what shall I do?Updated 7 months ago

Uh oh - sorry to hear that! If you have received your order and an item is missing, it is likely that your order may have shipped in multiple boxes. The shipping label on the outer box will indicate the number of boxes your order has shipped in. If this states 1 of 2, please kindly allow a further 48 hours for the second box to arrive. Often boxes can become seperated in transit and are usually delivered the following day.  

If the label shows that all items are packed in one box, or the missing items have not arrived after 48 hours, then please get in touch here with the following images: 

1. An image of all items received
2. A close up image of the shipping label on the outer box


Once received, our Customer Care Team will look into this for you.
