If your order has arrived damaged, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team within 48 hours of reciept to let us know. Please ensure you include the below information when notifying us of a damaged order:
1. Order Number
2. Description of damage
3. Image of the damage including outer packaging as well as damage to any products
Once received, a member of our Customer Care Team will be able to assist.
