My tracking states my order has been delivered, but I haven't received it. What shall I do?Updated 4 months ago

If your tracking shows that your order has been delivered, but this has not been received, we kindly ask that you check the below in the first instance: 

1. With any neighbouring properties who may have accepted this delivery on your behalf
2. In any safe places around the property including wheelie bins, sheds, behind gates etc. 
3. In most instances, the delivery driver will photograph the delivery which can be viewed via your tracking details. Please ensure you check this first to locate your order. 

If you are unable to locate your order and the above has been checked then please get in touch with our Customer Care Team who can investigate this with the carrier. Please be advised, a denial of receipt form will be issued and upon completion, a formal investigation will be raised. 

Please kindly note that delivery investigations can take up to 14 working days.
