What are NEOM points and how do I earn them?Updated 3 days ago

To earn loyalty points, you must create a NEOM Wellbeing account. An account can be created by selecting the profile icon at the top of the website or by registering via the account page.

Members earn loyalty points on qualifying purchases made online at neomwellbeing.com and in our Wellbeing Hubs.

Members earn 5 loyalty points for every £1 spent on qualifying purchases.

Points are only awarded once payment has been successfully processed.

NEOM Feel-Good Rewards launched on 17 March 2026. Prior to this date, points were not awarded for:

• Following @neomwellbeing on Instagram
• Following @neomwellbeing on TikTok
• Receiving points on your birthday
• Leaving a review via your review email

Once you have earned enough points to redeem a reward, the NEOM Points in your NEOM Wellbeing account will display your available points.

Points can be redeemed online at checkout or in our Wellbeing Hubs.

For online purchases, you must be logged into your NEOM Wellbeing account before completing checkout. The option to apply available points will appear during checkout.

For purchases made in a Wellbeing Hub, you can request to redeem your available points with a member of the team at the time of purchase.

Points can be redeemed in £5 increments, with a minimum redemption value of £5 and a maximum redemption value of £100.

Points can only be redeemed in multiples of 500 points. For example, you cannot redeem 650 points but you can redeem 500 points or wait until you have 1,000 points available.

Points can be redeemed during Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotional periods.

Points cannot be redeemed against certain products including Wellbeing Boxes.
