Why has my payment not been accepted?Updated 4 months ago

If your payment has not being accepted at checkout, please check the details you are entering are correct and that your billing address details match with the billing address details you have registered with your method of payment.

For security reasons, these do need to match for your order to be processed. Your billing address must match the billing details registered with your bank.

If a payment is showing on your bank statement under 'Pending', this usually means a payment attempt has been made this will bounce back into your account within 24/48 hours when your bank notices we have not taken the funds to fulfil an order.
